Then once you put your foot on the top of the, the teeth grip your shoe well and holds steady.
After a few stops, flipping the platform would quickly came back to you like it was before you switched to clipless.

If you want to delete this set from your pedals, please plug in the side hole to adjust tension with your hex wrench.
Then press the inside wrench to outer pressure.
