User Tips:
Wrap the cuff around the left wrist.The display should be placed on the palm side the wrist, the upper edge of the cuff should be approximately 1cm from your palm line.
Sit upright and place your forearm on the storage case, so that the unit is at the same height as your heart.
Keep upright and draw yourself up, relax your shoulder and your arm, click thr on/off key, the device starts measuring automatically.
Notes:
1. We are not recommend children under 12 years old use the Blood Pressure Monitor.
2. We suggest people over 60 years old use the Upper Arm BP Monitor but not the Wrist style BP Monitor.
3. If you have to stop the measure for any instance, just press the Start/Stop button, then the Airbag will let air out immediately.
4. Please strictly follow the User Menual to operate it.
5. The best measure time is you get up, and 2 to 3 hours , you measure, or when you are calm down, Please do not measure after Strenuous exercise. Keep a good mood before you use it !
6. Blood pressure changes at all times, It is fluctuating,and the measure results are relate to many things, such as the measure posture, measure time in a day, Wrap the wristband, and the people state. Please under the guidance of a doctor to draw conclusions.
